RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE APPLICABLE TO ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY ON OUR McKENNEY HOCKEY WEBSITE.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED AN ITEM THROUGH A LOCAL RETAILER, THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY.
McKenney Hockey offers a full 30 days from the date of purchase, to return an item purchased through our McKenneyHockey.com website.
1) A full refund on your purchase will be reimbursed however; we do not reimburse original freight charges.
2)To initiate a return, please email email@example.com
and reference your order number with the reason you wish to return your item.
3) Once the return information has been received, one of our representatives will create a return number and provide you with a shipping label, to return your product.
4) In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts.
5) Keep a copy of your online purchase receipt for your records and include it with your return
6) Please keep a copy of your shipping label so that you may track your return.
7) Once the return has been received and inspected by our warehouse and if it meets all of our guidelines, a refund will be issued through our shopify website.
